Praktikum Healthcare Consultant (m/f/x)

Eine Aufgabe, die herausfordert:

In Deinem Praktikum sammelst Du erste Erfahrungen in der Beratung im Gesundheitswesen und gestaltest dabei zukunftsweisende Themen in den Bereichen Digitalisierung, Nachhaltigkeit und Demografie. Dafür warten spannende Aufgaben auf Dich:

Du bist Teil von Projektteams und unterstützt beispielsweise bei Analysen und Recherchen oder bei Workshops und Veranstaltungen mit unseren Partnern.
Du unterstützt das Projektmanagement und bringst Dein Organisationstalent ein.
Du arbeitest Dich in spezifische Fragestellungen ein und erstellst dafür Materialien wie z.B. Slidedecks, die für Keynote Vorträge genutzt werden.
Du verantwortest unsere Startup-Datenbank und stellst damit sicher, dass wir bei allen Neuigkeiten und Entwicklungen in der in der innovativen Healthcare Szene auf dem Laufenden bleiben.
Du unterstützt uns dabei, immer die neuesten Trends im Auge zu behalten und für unsere Partner aufzubereiten, indem du unsere Trenddatenbanken pflegst und sie um die aktuellen News aus dem Gesundheitsmarkt und der europäischen Green Health & Digital Health Szene erweiterst.

Ein Background, der überzeugt:

Du hast Dein Bachelorstudium in Gesundheitsökonomie, Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder Naturwissenschaften sehr erfolgreich abgeschlossen oder bist kurz davor.
Du bringst erste praktische Erfahrungen aus Projekten, Werkstudententätigkeiten oder Praktika in einem wirtschaftlichen Umfeld z.B. in der Beratung, bei einem Healthcare Startup oder einem Unternehmen der Gesundheitswirtschaft mit.
Du bist neugierig, lernbegeistert und packst mit an, um Dinge voranzubringen.
Du hast einen hohen Qualitätsanspruch und eine präzise und detaillierte Arbeitsweise.
Du sprichst fließend Deutsch (zwingend notwendig, Arbeitssprache bei Flying Health ist Deutsch) und sehr gut Englisch.
Du beherrschst die Standard Office-Anwendungen und bist in der Lage dich schnell in neue Tools einzuarbeiten.
Du konntest bereits erste Erfahrungen im Bereich Digital Health oder Nachhaltigkeit sammeln und bringst Begeisterung für das Thema mit.
Du planst mindestens drei Monate Zeit für das Praktikum ein.

A task that challenges:

In your internship, you will gain experience in healthcare consulting and shape the next generation of healthcare in the areas of digitization, sustainability and demographics. Exiting tasks awaits you:

You are part of project teams and support, for example, analysis and research tasks or workshops and events with our partners.
You will support project management and contribute your organizational skills.
You will work on specific topics and create materials such as slidedecks, which will be used for keynote speeches.
You will be responsible for our startup database, ensuring that we stay up to date with all news and market developments in the innovative healthcare landscape.
You support us in keeping an eye on the latest trends and preparing them for our partners by maintaining our trend databases with the latest news from the healthcare market and the European digital health scene.

A background that convinces:

You have very successfully completed your bachelor's degree in health economics, economics or natural sciences or are about to do so.
You have initial practical experience from projects, working student jobs or internships in a business environment, e.g. in consulting, at a healthcare startup or a company in the healthcare industry.
You are curious, enthusiastic about learning, and have a hands-on mentality to move things forward.
You have high quality standards and a precise and detailed way of working.
You speak fluent German (mandatory, working language at Flying Health is German) and very good English.
You are proficient in standard office applications and are able to learn new tools quickly.
You have already gained some experience in the field of digital health or sustainability and are enthusiastic about the topic.
You are scheduling a minimum of three months for the internship.
