Als Junior Healthcare Consultant (m/w/x) startest Du Deine Karriere in der Beratung in einem ganz besonderen Umfeld unter Gleichgesinnten, die das Ziel haben die Gesundheitsversorgung der Zukunft zu gestalten. Dabei lernst du die Vielfalt der Gesundheitswirtschaft – vom Startup über Mittelstand bis Großkonzern – in den Themenbereichen Digital Health, Green Health und Demografie kennen.  

  • Du bist Teil von Projektteams und unterstützt du das Projektteam dabei für unsere Partner die besten Lösungen für zukünftige Herausforderungen zu finden. 
  • Du übernimmst eigene Rechercheprojekte und präsentierst Deine Ergebnisse gegenüber dem Team und unseren Partnern.
  • Du analysierst Geschäftspotenziale, erstellst Business Pläne und entwickelst mit dem Team Handlungsempfehlungen für unsere Partner.
  • Du unterstützt das Projektmanagement und übernimmst die Kommunikation mit unseren Partnern.
  • Du scoutest Startups aus dem Digital Health & Green Health Bereich, präsentierst diese beim Partner und unterstützt bei der Vernetzung und Organisation von Pitch Days.
  • Du identifizierst neue Trends im Gesundheitswesen und bereitest diese für unsere Partner auf.
Ein Background, der überzeugt:
  • Du hast Dein Masterstudium in Gesundheitsökonomie, Wirtschaftwissenschaften oder Naturwissenschaften sehr erfolgreich abgeschlossen.
  • Du bringst erste Berufserfahrung aus Praktika und/oder aus Werkstudententätigkeiten in einem der folgenden Bereiche mit: Beratung mit Healthcare Bezug, Healthcare Startup oder einem großen Unternehmen aus der Gesundheitswirtschaft mit Fokus auf Market Access, Gesundheitspolitik, Business Development, Innovation oder Strategie.
  • Du begeisterst dich für Zukunftsmarkt der digitalen & nachhaltigen Gesundheitsversorgung.
  • Du lernst schnell und gerne und packst an, wenn es gilt, Dinge voranzubringen.
  • Deine Englisch- und Deutschkenntnisse sind sowohl im Mündlichen als auch im Schriftlichen verhandlungssicher. Deutschkenntnisse sind ein Muss, um mit unseren nicht englischsprachigen Partnern kommunizieren zu können. 
  • Du beherrschst die Standard Office Anwendungen inkl. Powerpoint und Excel und bist in der Lage, Dich auch schnell in neue Tools einzuarbeiten.

A task that challenges:

As a Junior Healthcare Consultant (m/f/x), you will start your career in consulting in a very special environment among like-minded people who have the goal of shaping the next generation of healthcare. You will get to know the diversity of the healthcare industry - from startups to medium-sized companies to large corporations - in the areas of digital health, green health and demography.   

  • You are part of project teams and support in finding the best solutions for future challenges of our partners. 
  • You will accomplish your own research projects and present your findings to the team and our partners.
  • You analyze future opportunities, create business plans and develop recommendations for our partners together with the team.
  • You support the project management and take over the communication with our partners.
  • You scout startups from the Digital Health & Green Health sector, present them to the partner, support networking and organize pitch days.
  • You identify new trends in healthcare and create presentations, reports and briefings.
A background that convinces:
  • You have successfully completed your master's degree in health economics, business administration or natural sciences.
  • You bring first professional experience from internships and/or from student jobs in one of the following areas: Healthcare-related consulting, healthcare startup or a large healthcare company with a focus on market access, healthcare policy, business development, innovation or strategy.
  • You are passionate about digital & sustainable healthcare.
  • You are a fast learner and like to be hands-on when jobs need to be done.
  • Your are fluent in English and German both orally and in writing. German language skills are a must to be able to communicate with our non-English speaking partners. 
  • You are proficient in standard office applications including PowerPoint and Excel and are able to quickly familiarize yourself with new tools.
